cancellation policy

We strongly believe neither Coach nor Client should enter into the coaching relationship in haste, which is why Potentials’ Edge offers a one time risk-free fit meeting prior to the Coach and Client entering into a coaching agreement.

Your purchase of one of our coaching packages or training indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Potentials’ Edge. With this we maintain that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session(s)/training. Potentials’ Edge will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.

The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “Potentials’ Edge,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our business, Potentials’ Edge. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Canada. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

This policy shall apply to all services available on the website: https://potentialsedge.com

Refunds

The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to admin@potentialsedge.com. The Client must clearly state their decision to cancel, the reason for said cancellation, and their preferred method of reimbursement.

Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Potentials’ Edge. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.

Cancellations

If the Client cancels after beginning packaged sessions and/or receiving coaching services with Potentials’ Edge, they may only request a refund for the amount pertaining to remaining sessions not yet logged. The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after session(s) or service(s) have been completed).

Once Potentials’ Edge has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice.

Any missed sessions or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited and prevailing rates apply. If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.

Rescheduling

We’re here to support you in your busy life, so you can reschedule your session any time, as long as it’s 24+ hours from the scheduled date. Contact admin@potentialsedge.com to reschedule your 1:1 session.

Our coaches are in high demand, so we do our best to respect their time, as well as yours. That means that a request to reschedule a session within 24 hours will be considered the same as a cancellation of your purchase within 24 hours of a scheduled session (see above).

Training

In addition to the guidelines outlined above, refunds and cancellations for training will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Potentials’ Edge. The following exceptions will apply to training.

Once a Client begins a training program it is no longer refundable.

If the client is experiencing unexpected circumstances and needs to cancel, as long as 24+ hours notice is given, consideration will be made to reschedule the client to the next available training date.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Potentials’ Edge will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Potentials’ Edge, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
